E-mail problem solved

Problem solved -- but I did it the hard way. I deleted the mail.app plist in the library folder. The down side was losing my e-mail settings. Perhaps its just me again, but I can never seem to find the settings on the SU site and I think it's hidden from Google behind our passworded CMS, so no joy there.

So, problem solved, but not in a way I'd recommend to anyone.
